This exception is thrown when database insert query has an entry with more than 4mb(default) size.
Fix:
Increase the size of “Max_allowed_packet” to (more than 4mb) say 10 mb in “my.ini” file
“my.ini” file exists at C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1.
Follow these steps to install Transcend on Mac machine:
• Download the Transcend DMG file from LegalCraft Download center
• Press Apple + Space and type Applications in the spotlight
• Choose Applications folder from the drop-down list
• Open the downloaded Transcend DMG file by double clicking the file
• Sometimes, this will create a mounted folder on the Desktop named “Disk Image”. Open the “Disk Image” folder
• Drag-drop the Transcend.app file to Applications folder
• Once the file is copied, press Apple + Space and type Transcend the spotlight
• Choose Transcend from the drop-down list
